Select from our variety of centerpieces including: beautiful candelabras, vintage manzanita trees, tall floating candles, gorgeous lanterns, huge flower arrangements, tall studded candle holder, and more. The full design and decoration of all your guests tables, main tables, and ceremony space is included in this service. Complete setup and breakdown is also included and managed by our team of professional decorators.

This service includes a professional banquet manager for the overall safety and satisfaction of your guests. This manager will direct our banquet staff as they butler pass hors’ d oeuvres during cocktail hour, pour champagne, manage your guest tables, and manage the non-alcoholic beverages station. Working alongside your party planner or your day-of-event coordinator, the banquet manager will ensure that the provided timeline of events is being followed by all staff members. Our highly trained professional banquet staff team will be in charge of butler passing all hors’ d oeuvres, replenishing water at each table, pouring your toasting beverage of choice, managing our China dishes, clearing all tables after dinner, maintaining your cocktail hour and reception area, assisting all of your guests throughout the event, managing the non-alcoholic beverage station, cutting and serving your cake, as well as, managing the setup and breakdown of your event.

Our clients love the ability of purchasing their own beverages while not incurring in any per-person expenses or deposit charges for their bar.

This is the perfect time to bring your timeline and confirm all details with our banquet manager to ensure all details pertaining your event are discussed and confirmed. During your 45-minute rehearsal, your selected event planner or day-of-event coordinator will help you and your bridal party visualize your ceremony processional and recessional.

Crystal Ballroom designs are always finalized with an extra touch. Our accent decor is used to fill the empty spaces in the venue. Accent decor includes high top tables, memorial tables, desert and appetizer tables, flowers, candles and centerpieces coordinated with your event theme.
