STRESS-FREE WEDDING!!!

Trust me they do all the hard work, and leave you with minimal things to take of. Only other things your responsible for are Food, Photography/Videography, Transportation, Officiant, Cake. They have a great list of options as well. Mom, Nikki, and Cat had my wedding completely organized and we started and ended on time. They help you organize and plan your vision to your liking and make your wedding dreams come true. My family is still talking about how beautiful everything looked. Fully Designed and Decorated Events

Meet with our in house designer and select your napkins, linens, sashes, runners, overlays, chargers, votives, and centerpieces. Select from our variety of centerpieces including: beautiful candelabras, vintage manzanita trees, tall floating candles, gorgeous lanterns, huge flower arrangements, tall studded candle holder, and more. The full design and decoration of all your guests tables, main tables, and ceremony space is included in this service. Complete setup and breakdown is also included and managed by our team of professional decorators.

CEREMONIES

Enjoy a beautifully decorated ceremony area that includes gorgeous chandeliers, beautiful ceiling draping, extravagant decorations to the left and right of your altar, shepherd hooks with hanging flowers to accentuate your aisle, decorated chiavari chairs, and incredible uplighting.

Banquet Manager & Banquet Staff

This service includes a professional banquet manager for the overall safety and satisfaction of your guests. This manager will direct our banquet staff as they butler pass hors’ d oeuvres, pour champagne, manage tables, and manage the non-alcoholic beverages station. Working alongside your party planner or your day-of-event coordinator, the banquet manager will enforce the provided timeline of events to all staff members. Our highly trained professional banquet staff team will be in charge of butler passing all hors’ d oeuvres, replenishing water at each table, pouring your toasting beverage of choice, managing our China dishes, clearing all tables after dinner, maintaining your cocktail hour and reception area, assisting all of your guests, managing the non-alcoholic beverage station, cutting and serving your cake, and managing the setup and breakdown.

Bartender

At Crystal Ballroom, our clients enjoy a flexible and stress-free planning experience thanks to our detail-oriented party planners. The bartender service allows our clients to explore the opportunity to provide their own beverages, whether you decide to create a specific menu or drop off inventory for our bartender to get creative, we will portion control the consumption, keep inventory safe, follow any recipes provided, and chill all beverages. Our clients love the ability of purchasing their own beverages while not incurring in any per-person expenses or deposit charges for their bar.

Our banquet staff will brew and manage your coffee and non-alcoholic beverages. All glassware is provided by The Crystal Ballroom.

Event Summary & Rehearsal

This includes a one-hour appointment with our banquet manager to drop off your beverages and personal items, followed by your 45-minute rehearsal appointment. This is the perfect time to bring your timeline and confirm all details with our banquet manager to ensure all details pertaining your event are discussed and confirmed. During your 45-minute rehearsal, your selected event planner or day-of-event coordinator will help you and your bridal party visualize your ceremony processional and recessional.

The heart of every Crystal Ballroom is a budding design center filled with passionate designers who are committed to bringing your vision to life. We specialize in centerpieces of all kinds from vintage classic to contemporary chic; there’s something for everyone in our design studio. We have candelabras in gold, black, silver and crystal. We have Manzanita trees in white, black, gold and silver. We have charger plates in glass, gold, Silver, red, black, and vintage. From glass candle holders to pearl or crystal the accents are where it’s at when you think about the perfect wedding design. Whether you want to string crystals from our Manzanita trees flowers or pearls the dream is yours and our inventory is at your fingertips.

Often times you can feel overwhelmed having to make decisions based on designs. Working with our designers and seeing your colors, fabrics, tables and your centerpieces all put together on a table in front of you really helps you bring that vision to life.

If you were hoping to get away from doing the classic party favor at each seat, then you should consider having a delicious candy bar to tantalize your guests sweet tooth. Not only does it looks good, but it smells delicious too.

The Crystal Ballroom Candy Bar is it an exquisite collection of some of the tastiest treats combined with extraordinary ornate decorative glass bowls and crystal platters. We find delightful delectables for your guests to enjoy on an exposé of wonderful colors. Each candy bar is created exclusively to complement the design for that event. Combinations of M&Ms, gummy bears, marshmallows, and so much more make up for such an extraordinary part of your event. Oh how the guests will enjoy digging around for their favorite treat filling up their baggies and then their bellies. The candy bar makes for an extraordinary party treat.

 

Custom Gobo Name Projector Lighting

Customize your dance floor or ballroom wall with an amazing projection with your events name. Crystal Ballroom GOBO name projector will shine in the dance floor during the full event, accentuating the look and feel of the room. The GOBO can be customized to your liking with your preferred text or a simple texture. Once the event is over you can take your Customized Plate home and keep as a memorabilia of your event. Dancing on a Cloud

Would you like to perform your very first dance while Dancing on a Cloud? The Crystal Ballroom specializes in providing “cloud like“ experiences on the dance floor for your special grand moments. 

Dancing on a Cloud or Dancing on Clouds is a “special effect”, accomplished by utilizing a dry ice machine, which, when loaded with steaming water and dry ice produces a thick white cloud of smoke resembling, well, a cloud! During Weddings, Dancing on a Cloud is used during a first dance or parent’s dances, for Sweet 16s they are used during the father-daughter dance or court performance. During Halloween parties they are used throughout the evening to give it that “Spooky” effect, further enhanced with black-lights.

RV Suite on Wheels - Luxurious VIP Coach

This suite can convert into the groom’s man cave or the bride’s hair and makeup area. It is also perfect for your quince or “Sweet 16” court to get ready.

Food Manager

When selecting your event cuisine, even outside restaurants and family chefs are considered acceptable. To even further complement the flexibility in your cuisine choice, we offer a service to manage your cuisine for you; we call it the Food Manager. What an exquisite service to complement the cost conscious party planner. Simply bring your delicious, tasty cuisine to us and we shall manage it for you. We will decorate the buffet table to complement your extraordinary centerpieces and design choices as well as provide you with all of the necessary tools to complement your cuisine, including: plates, water glasses, champagne flutes, silver ware, chafing dishes, portioning and serving utensils, appetizer platters, Sterno fire pots, salad bowls, salad dressing containers, bread baskets, and other small accents needed to make sure the buffet is on point. If that wasn’t enough, providing that you supply us with butler passable appetizers our room attendants, will butler pass your delicious hors d’oeuvres to your guests during the cocktail hour. Now how about that for service? Additionally, we will chill and pour your champagne, cut and serve your cake and we will set up and prepare the non-alcoholic beverage station, including two beautiful beverage dispensers. A beautiful coffee station is available to you, for us to bring to life, including all the dispensers necessary to showcase the appropriate trimmings for a coffee bar!
